Pricing
Our policy guarantees you economical pricing, as well as the convenience of making a reservation online. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on our website and social media sites are charged on a per person basis, and do not include passport / visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or Food, Special expenses, accommodation if not included, private room services, laundry. Published prices may change without prior notice, especially in the event of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in air tickets, hotel rates or transportation expenses.
Payment methods
We accept cash or transfer payments on the company's account only.
Payment confirmation
Once the payment is completed, our travel consultants will send a confirmation voucher by e-mail or via WhatsApp to the customer's number and it can be printed as proof of payment to the service provider. But make sure that you provided the correct information regarding your travel requirements at the time of booking.
Hotel services. Terms and conditions for hotels
4.1 the contractual relationship related to hotel services arises directly between you (the client) and the service provider. During the conclusion of the booking you have agreed to these terms and the rules for the provision of the service to the service provider and potential intermediaries as existing and accepted as part of the booking process. The client must resolve disputes related to hotel services by contacting customer service using the contact details specified in the electronic booking voucher.
4.2 the agency allows you to choose hotel service bookings for example accommodation and accompanying services (together "hotel services"). Cancellation and no-show policy

During the booking, please make sure that all the options of the tourist program are available. If not, then you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
5.2 non-attendance, if you do not attend sightseeing tours, partial or full refunds are not possible. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling of confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports and other travel-related services cannot be allowed.
Cancellation procedure
6.1 before making a cancellation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your flight package. To cancel your reservation in full or any part of it, be sure to provide a written notice of cancellation to the Alqaed travel and tourism agency, upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will inform you by e-mail or phone regarding the confirmation of cancellation of the reservation as well as the fees to be paid. Al Qaed travel and tourism agency cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or has not been confirmed by US.
6.2 the request for refund, direct return of funds and the possibility of changing the reservation are processed in accordance with the rules for the provision of the service established by the provider and intermediaries. The agency is not responsible for the consequences caused by your late arrival and / or charging for cancellation of the reservation or no-show, or your flight has been rescheduled by the airline. Itinerary adjustments

Travel insurance
Al Qaed travel and Tourism Agency company will not be liable for any kind of damage as a result of accident, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage or even cancellation of the trip. It is recommended that the Traveler take advantage of the travel insurance policy to deal with unforeseen events.
Travel documentsIt is the responsibility of each client to ensure that he carries the relevant documents, including a passport and its validity period or a valid identity card. A refund is not possible in case of loss or lack of these relevant documents.
